Shipping + Returns
Each leather bag is made to order, in Australia. Please allow up to 5 days for dispatch of your order.
Sometimes it will take less time, but just in case please allow up to 10 days (including postage time within Australia) for your Australian made Leather Bag to arrive.
Postage within Australia is a flat rate to cover insurance and signature required. Orders are dispatched with tracking, insurance and signature required to protect your purchase. This protects you and ourselves if your order doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged.

A refund or exchange will be offered if your leather bag is faulty. The bag must be returned in its original condition (not worn and with original tags) within 14 days of receipt of goods by registered post.
We package your purchase with care and register it, but no responsibility is accepted by vintagecreationbags for damage caused by Australia Post. If your order is damaged in transit, please email us via the contact page within 1 day so a claim can be started with Australia Post.
Refunds and exchanges are not issued for change of mind. Exchanges can be arranged for size issues; however, please be aware bags are made to order so it may take a further 5 days for dispatch of your new bag once the original purchase is received by vintagecreationbags. Please note return postage for size exchanges will be at buyers cost. Contact us for our postal address and to let us know what size you would like. Then send the bag you wish to exchange to our postal address.
